This privacy note bases the use of personal details obtained through internet or any other electronic communication web by Acudam. To any request about your personal details or other questions about its use, please, contact Acudam.
Acudam is in charge of the data processing gathered.

Data withdrawal and its use

We gather two kinds of information about our users in our website:
Active information (name, address, e-mail address, telephone numbers, fax numbers …) when our visitors give them to inscriptions, to be part of a contest, are asked on-line ….

The personal details sent to this website are used for the only purpose they have been sent for, for instance, to get a cut of press, management reports, and other financial information or to try a request of occupation (click “Send”). These personal details are not used for marketing purposes or further communications without your previous authorization.

Your personal information is only used by Acudam, we do not share your personal information, except in the following points:
-We can share your personal details with our associated agencies (suppliers of services) which help us to administer the website(s) and they can be located around the world, including the EEUU. These companies can only use personal information to the fact of maintenance and technical assistance of our website(s).  Acudam requires from these companies the same protection to personal details and the have to keep and to try the personal information with Acudam authorization.
- In case any other company would buy Acudam totally or partially, or Acudam would sell totally or partially the company, the buyer could access the details kept by Acudam, following always the applicable law relative to the use of personal information.

To input personal details (users identification, password … ) could be compulsory when you need to consult, modify or clear your personal information and/or the information about the on-line services offered by this web place.

Your personal details are protected by a password. You can access, modify or cancel your personal information by sending an e-mail or a mail letter to the Acudam address, following the in force legislation.

Tracking technology (“Cookies”)

The cookies have a double function.
The first one is “to maintain the application conditions”. That means you enter where your last visit finished each time you visit a website. For instance, you would probably need to register your information just once.
The second function is to allow us to follow your way in the website. This will be useful to form the website contents to adapt it to your favourite interests.

We do not practice spamming. Spamming is to send to our users’ e-mails or marketing material they have not asked for.

Date withdrawal through our website is kept by Acudam while it is necessary and then it is destroyed.
